Honestly, I think this issue is the source for chemtrails. They stray only during the day and on cloudless days. Watch them at work. the try to cover clear daylight only.

Uh, no. You can’t do that, you see, if you put water up in the sky, it becomes rain. If you put water in space… It just goes into space and floats off. Besides, a shield of ice would have to be insanely large and thick to even do anything, and would use a lot of our water, plus if we did use it to block out the sun, no heat would get to earth. We’d freeze.
